i have enhanced all tuvala gears. and also finished all season quest. an i still cant complete the season and graduate mya season char. i need help

same here. it says the item is locked

Been stuck for 2 weeks. 

Check if your gears/accessories are locked or not (padlock icon). If they're locked, you need to unlock them first one by one. Hope this helps. I had this problem too before.
