I have been grinding for tuvala pristine black crystals for the past weeks and havent gotten a single one im tired of smashing my tuvala gear trying to get it to 20 with thousands of tuvala crystals and end up at the same level as before am i just unlucky to not find them or are they not in the game

I have found the same issue and no one will address it.
