Ignite: it says 900% multiplier but this skills is pretty obvious it is not. It's just slightly stronger than fireball, which is 325%. So, I would say Ignite have 540% multiplier.

That's is also true when we use frigid fog as reference. Frigid fog, with 600% multiplier, is hitting harder than ignite, about 10% above.
