For the second day in a row, I have no life skill rank, although I am at a pro 2-3 level on Heidel server. On the all tabs, all servers, server, and friend/guild, the oval to the left of my family name just scrolls "Checking..." even though the ranks are actually determined for the day. Also, Although the all servers and server tabs are populated, the friends/guild tab is entirely blank.Before 2 days ago, I was ranked in the 3 digit range on my server, and in the top 5 out of my friends/guild.

I did not report this yesterday, but the entire situation has not changed in over 24 hours and 2 daily refreshes; the "Checking..." scroll remains and the friends/guild tab is still blank.

Now onto 3rd day, for 3 refreshes I haven't received a life skill rank, and my life skill  friends/guild tab remains entirely blank. This when, being most likely pro 3 by now, I should be ranked in the top 2-300 on heidel server. images originally posted still apply.

To be clear, until 3 days ago, I received a life skill rank that was most recently in the top 300 on my server, and in the top 5 out of my friends/guild. 

4th day, 72+ hours - no life skill rank Scrolls "Checking" next to my family name the entire time. New images:

No information on life skills of all friends and guildies; been listed as "checking" for 72+hours

Just frustrating working to break into top 100 on heidel server and have no clue of my relative progress. Obviously some DB and or process has been messed up since sometime this past week. Before this past 3 days, my life skills were listing w/o issue.
