Since the max level of most bosses that anyone is able to kill currently is around 30-40 this is obviously a bug that the player is exploiting or a hack that he is using. This is on Velia server, Europe. I found one similar thread from 25 days ago but I guess nothing is done about this.

These people are not cheaters. They simply dodge and pick at the boss for 30mins or longer. They have videos of this.

Uraka is slow and predictable like a Dark Souls boss, and in Dark Souls 3 people have beat Lord of Cinder (final boss) with level 1 naked characters.

I actually admire their patience since level 99 is probably more than 24 hours gameplay time just fighting the same boss.

to be honest i can see why people would assume this is a bug  or cheater. however i will nt shut down the idea because it quite easy to kill uraka. i dont know how long it took him from difficulty 50 and up but theres still room for doubt and legitimacy
