Can't collect reward for completing main story chapters.
Can't advance in storyline, cause it requires completion of "job well done" quest of main story, which I did, but game doesn't recognise it.

Just a thought...
Did you complete with an alternate character? Mayhaps need to use that character.

Could send a support ticket as well.
