I just completed the 12 million dark coins and purchased 500 Empty Crystals but when I went to Genoveva there was no prompt for the Atanis Tranquilty. I tried restarting the game or switching characters but nothing works.

FYI: The crystals are in my Inventory and not in the storage.
The potion I am using is the 15-day event one that will expire. Just in case some may ask.

I've collected 500 empty crystals.after that I interacted with dark coin vendor in heidal(Hadum)..still nothing happened..she didn't even mention anything about atanis tranquility..I have those 500 empty crystals in my inventory. Would you do something...Bdm team????????
