I have completed With Great Power and Comes great Harmony, But Gorgath is not offering the missions Even Greater Power or The Brightest Light. According to the official site I should get the quest

Have you tried crafting a Harmony Stone? I think the quest will trigger once you craft a Harmony Stone.
