I completed the story quest called New ally: gladiator, and it says that if I don't have any more character slots, they will give me a character slot expansion token, but it's been a few days, and I still haven't received the character slot token

It says it will send you a character coupon, not a character expansion…and it goes directly to your inventory…its just a character generator coupon.
