The enhancement notification cannot remove! It's really annoying!

I'm a new user but I'm not playing the game any more until this is fixed. It is way too annoying. I have disabled all notifications and it still constantly pops up with the bouncing pointer hand pretty much right in the middle of the screen - it is absolutely infuriating. I have tried all sorts of things to get it to stop. Sometimes it does, but then pops right up again.

 

Fix this, it is way way way too annoying to be able to play the game with this completely useless notification thing constantly drawing attention to itself.

Please Hot fix this ASAP!!! Same enhancement notification with a big pointer blocking half the screen
