Hello, I've recently downloaded the game with Bluestacks v4.150, I can enter the game and play it but it doesn't display any characters/NPC/mob. I only see the UI and the field/environment texture (grass, flowers, buildings, etc...). I've tried to play on other mobile RPG like Lineage 2 Revolution and I don't have any problem.

Do you guys have any suggestions?
