I'm using the pre-registration email and it's still giving me this problem

I did not receive any verification code. No verification code, no coupon code. I had it reported. There is a known issue about the pre-registration code not working but mine is the verification code. So hopefully they still give code.

The Shadow chaser outfit cannot be exchanged for another class!!!
