Hi Sir/Madma.

Good day, straignt to the point. After i confimed to deleted my two character from Story -> New Ally at my Lv 74 Character.

First step: I use this item "Lv 60 Character Generator Coupon". But i can't found this class Maegu.

Second step: Then i go Main Menu to select character and go to lobby.

Third step:  And create new Maegu character.

Issue: I just found out my character quest is not for beginner but my character status, items and equipment is nothing.

Please help me to solve this thanks and great advance Merry Christmas.
