Im a ranger class and I'm fun of arena. I have this skill called "Evasive Explosion" with the option to turn OFF the Retaliate passive. This morning, I was trying to do some test to turn OFF retaliate to see how it works with my combo before the arena. I wasnt satistied with the result so I had to turn it back on after exiting the arena. To my surprise there is no option to turn it back ON.

Attached is the screenshot of my skill. Same goes with other skills that have the option to turn off the additional hit.

Thé on/off switch is invisible, but still clickable. Just open the skill enhancement and tap the top left corner of the box. Hope this helps.
