Hello, 

while I was doing Knowledge missions, I couldn't do "Mural of Phropency II, III, IV, V" and "Mural of Experience II, III, IV, V" even though I got the first one in both.

I tried making another profile to do the same mission, but the same, can't take the rewards.

You get it from doing the story quest. Open your menu, tap story, and you’ll see one on the ancient stone chamber. That’s where you get the knowledge.
