For whatever reason, I am unable to start the missions Even Greater Power or The Brightest Light. I have completed With Great Power and Comes great Harmony.

According to the July patchnotes, I am supposed to get those other quests from Gorgath in Keplan, Tarif or the Dias Farmlands. He is not offering quests at all in any of those locations (in fact he is not in Tarif).

What am I supposed to do?
