I have been farming monsters for a while now and have killed more than 1 Million monsters (cron castle) while having less than 20% health. So far no lantern. Any thing wrong I did?

Are you doing the achievement in Hadum Map? If not, it will not count as the achievement needs to be done in Hadum's Realm, not Elion.
