I have some problem, I bought a new weapon outfit for nova (Blood Countess Weapon) at the Pearl Shop around 15:20 (UTC+8. Sun 16 Oct) but I can't find it in the Pearl Inventory. The black pearl that I paid was deducted.

I hope you can Fix this problem.

Have you tried checking your Pearl Inventory? When you buy an outfit they sometimes come in a chest, and they are usually sitting in the Pearl Inventory.
