Fix reaper's Evade+SoulReaver combo, sometimes evasion + soul reaver doesn't connect , soulreaver doesn't chain with it. It'll just be a regular evasion then soulreaver. And soulreaver unchained with another skill is so slow it interrupts the whole combo and sometimes it even auto cast the second charge.. Devs you're so busy overpowering Broken class you neglect the ones that need fixing..
