I am trying to find some way to contact technical support and I'm having a very difficult time.

A couple hours ago I purchased pets from the pearl store with the intent to combine them.

I combined level 1s and received a level 2. Then when I tried to combine the level 2 with a tier 2 I had I did not receive a tier 3...I just got a tier 2 back.

I need some help please

Exchanging pets is not guaranteed. It even tells you this in the yellow message. T1 + T1 does not necessarily give a T2, and so on.
