For more information for the developers of the game and hoping that the GM's can bring up the information, I remembered that the license optenue at the end of the quest was absorbed by this collection book option. When I activated the collection, I thought it was a certificate of raising sheep or chickens without questioning however, I also realize that the gains that dervish after entering the great ocean are absent. because I went to check on a Youtube video of a mobile black desert player... We have the same knowledge but not the same results! In big ocean the level 1 boat doesn't have the fishing option ! So the collection of wreck treasures are not possible too! The only freedom is to sail in the big ocean !!! But also every week to be able to participate to the attack of John the madman ! Super it will take months before passing level 2 without opton fishing !

I have the same problem unable to complete Great Ocean without being able to fish. Not sure what the problem is.
