I'm having problem that i can't screenshot any moments while in the game.

Earlier patch, during the launching day, i did screenshot some moments while in game, and it gave me some screenshot photos in folder like this : /storage/emulated/0/Pictures/blackdesert/(*Date and name of the photo*).png . But right now, the screenshot feature isn't working.

I have checked the folder that i have photos earlier, and it won't update. There is no photo of the latest screenshot i took.

I have searched through the reddit forum, and i'm not the only one having this kind of problem.

Is there a way to solve this beside using the phone's regular screenshot feature? Or would there be a patch for this issue? Thanks.
