While fighting mobs... The sleep function suddenly turned on as I set it that way and upon unsheathing the sword... The spoils / loot list appears but upon checking in the bag it's not there? That red xp scroll, other items listed? I'm not sure as I don't count each items in the bag.

Yeah happened to me with blazing crystals, only about 3hrs later it appeared in inv. First it kicked me out of the game tho. Maybe try restarting the game?
