i don't know whether this is bug or i misclicked something.

after reaching lv 25 ish on my first character, i stopped getting xp and drops from monsters, but when i played my other character, i got item drops and xp from monsters normally.

1st image shows that i got no drop nor xp from monsters

2nd image taken while i played as my 2nd character. i got drops and xp from enemies

please help, and i apologize if i posted in wrong forums

You should send a ticket to the support team so they can check your issue.
