When I hit level 50 and claimed my chest from the gift/event page, I did not recieve my 7-day black spirit increase. I did receive the Irene, and one other I believe. I like the game, but I would also like to get the things that I'm supposed to get also. Hopefully this can be remedied.

@Burnem, contact their support directly or you can also go Discord for their CMs. But in your case, it would infinitely be better if you contact the support team. Just for the specialties and all.
