Spent 1,500 Google Play Points for 1,232 White Pearls

I received the receipt in my Email for the purchase and it has been 5 Hours and no sign of it in the game. I completely logged out and logged back in but it did not help. This Bug Report is to let you know I have had issues in the past trying to enjoy spending my Google Play Points to get White Pearls. You have Black Friday deals going on and I want to spend all 7,000 of my google play points to purchase things in the Pearl Shop.

Update (11-25-21, @10:00 PM PST): I logged into my phone and a window saying message history appeared showing me that I spent my Google Play points for the white pearls and the button below that says "Confirm". I tapped on it and looked for how I would see it in the game: (Auto Added to my White Pearl amount, In game Email, Chest in my Pearl Inventory or Item in my Regular Inventory) and no item appears.

 

What should I do?

Still no sign of the pearls I purchased and now when I log into my phone it is as though it never happened. Please help!

I am having a similar issue.  I purchased the pearls with google points but nothing in-game.  I did actually see a message pop-up when I logged in once showing the chest with the pearls, but then it went away (it lagged out and I closed the game, probably a big mistake, but I let it sit spinning for quite awhile and nothing happened).  So now I don't know where that chest went or how to get it to pop up again or attempt delivery.  I've tried uninstalling and different devices but nothing seems to get the message to pop up again.

Hello Xandercat,

 

Real sorry that you are having this issue as well. I went through this before twice almost as year ago and PA did resolve the issue both times.  I am wondering if I am in the wrong location to make them aware of my issue? I do not recall what I did last time since it was a long time ago and when the issue was resolved both times I simply just was happy and forgot all about it.  So I may need to look to see if there is a proper way to let them know instead of this Forum location.  

 

I wish you well on having your issue resolved. 

 

P.S. This situation does not mean that I hate the game or anything like that. I really love BDM and will play it for a very long time. It just means that I need to think twice before cashing in my Google Play points until they have this process free of any issues and works smoothly. When that day comes I will be happy to spend my growing stack of Google Play points to enjoy BDM that much more..heh  ;)
