Since the update I have been unable to chat in guild chat, whispers or do anything on my Blood Kin page. Server chat works just fine weirdly. I submitted a support ticket reporting the bug, and instead of getting a response my ticket was removed. I would understand them getting rid of my ticket if it was related to a bug they had already fixed and it was redundant, but the Whisper/Guild chat bug isnt even acknowledged on their "Known issues" page, they haven't said anything about it in in-game system messagess like they have with other bugs, they're not even responding to any forum posts about it and now when I submit a ticket about it they just throw it away. Honestly worried this is going to be a bug they ignore since not every player is experiencing it and its infuriating.
Please Pearly Abyss I dont even mind if you haven't got a fix for it anytime soon, just say you're aware that the bug exists so we know something is going to be done about it some time.
Damn thats even worse, at least I can use server. I sent another ticket about the chat issues and I got a copy pasted answer talking about the WRONG PROBLEM. They said "We are currently experiencing unexpected issues in our in-game task, achievement and reward system" which isnt even the bug I was reporting to them and directed me to the "Known Issues" page where there is absolutely no mention of the Chat issues. Absolutely disgraceful customer support, if they haven't even bothered to read my ticket then I shall definitely never be spending money on this game, because I can only imagine the nightmare it'd be trying to get help if there was a problem with payment or the items bought.
