Good day. I have a problem regarding latest Genoveva's Shop. I have bought what I need to genoveva until my hadum's token are used. Since that time I was busy so I decided to go to my designated farming area and do the BSM. After awhile, I got the time to sneak my character and when I go to my inventory. I didn't see items that are only bought to her. I asked my friends if the items that you bought to genoveva will be gone if you didn't open them before bsm and they said no. Can you help me?

I already checked my alt characters. I haven't found one. I'm so sad right now
