I cant exchange tickets in boss rush. I cant continue my quest. It always says cannot use this content

I am having the same difficulty in both Hadum and Elion boss rush.

NA: 6/7 07:00
EU: 6/7 16:00
SA: 6/7 23:00

For any Special Rushes that expire due to the misinformed exchange block times, we will further address solutions as soon as possible.
