At the beginning of game on the register family name quest. It will not let me complete saying that the family quest needs to be completed. I have multiple characters and this is the first time it has gotten stuck and won’t let me complete it to move on

I don't believe its a bug because if you click the quest it will take you to a vendor that sells a ticket to do the quests for 7 days. It costs 5 million silver. It worked for me

Why can't complete this quest

Same here for a new character I just made. Asking to register my family name but, it should be done already because of my first character. The vender sells only a name “change” only. Please fix this.
