After reaching a certain skill level, backstep can have a reduced cooldown by 3 sec (from 7 sec to 4 sec), but this upgrade doesnt seem to be working and the cooldown of my backstep is still at 7 sec, can you please quickly fix this so he can be a better pvp char?
