Game always crash when I want to play black rock shrine, I keep restarting until I miss out on the loots. It also happens when I want to start world boss. I’ve reduced my graphics to the lowest but it’s still happening

Make sure your account is linked to Google or Facebook. Clear cache and data then sign back in. If that doesn't work Uninstall and re-download
