Please help me i got 2 times this bug.

I can't

-use chat guild and whispers

-join ruins

-bosses

and i dont know what more....

Logout and login again not fix

Before someone reload my character and chat after 4 hours and all work but i have again this bug :(

I waste much stamina for help request on server chat :(

Haveing  the exact same problem today

Please help i have still problem... all night and now i just attack mobs on map because i can't do anything .....
