How to fix this? It appear randomly in game and when i restart the game, it still appearing. Please fix this issue

Hi yes I have exactly same issue since last update did you manage to resolve this as its driving me insane every time I get a good session going this shows its ugly rear end and ruins a near perfect mobile mmo 😒
