I did not post this last time because I thought it won't happen again.. but it did. :( its so frustating :(

I entered genoveva shop but I can't use my hadum tokens... even if I click 20 times in 'View Product' nothing happens :( 

I exited genoveva shop and re-entered but still the same issue.. nothing happens even if i click the view product :( 

my internet is not the issue btw.. :( this is the 2nd time it happened to me :(
