Phantom Crash and Dark shift cancels mid air everytime i perform it in ramoness, my friend has a huntress and it does the same with the explosive evasion.. pls fix

At first i thought it was just my connection or something i dunno, But when i tried on the normal field map or hadum field map it works there, But on ramo or arena those 2 skills 2nd cast isn't working it says " You have not learn this skills"

I have the same problem. It only happens in arena and ramoness, open arena works fine. I play in iOS, iPad and iPhone.
