TESTED AT NORMAL ARENA (in the field skill is working just fine)

When im trying to use those skills when they are on cool down (spending shards) animation starts and it cuts just at the beginning. Before desert update everything was corect and working fine    FIX PLS 

Same with Leap. Shard skill cannot be used (2nd leap/phantom crash with the usage of shard).

Ramoness/Ranked Arena/Normal Arena - both skills are not working and just bungee you back.

There is a notification everytime u use the 2nd leap/phantom crash - "You have not learned this skill"

PS. i have already learned the skill and sure that the shard skill is currently equipped.
