The build ranch quest on this event cannot be completed even though you already have one, i already tried to collect it it and rebuild it but it didnt solve the issue. 

 

Yeah same problem, already had ranch but can't complete the event question, but my friend build it for the first time and it's working.. Pls fix this bug.. Thanks

Same exact issue. Have the ranch already built and cannot continue in the black spirit growth because of this. Sadness. :(
