Please help me, i bought Character Awakening/Ascension Coupon worth 50M silver, but i didnt receive the item, not in my inventory, mail, or even in my pearl inventory... :(  Kindly need help  - Calpheon Server (Invoker)

it was my first time to post here, but it looks like this forum is dead, its been 15hrs and still cant get any answer.. Or anyone pls give me the email where i can file or send ticket for this complain ?  tia.

Have you checked on the Pearl inventory, personal tab?
If not there are you sure your 50mil silver was actually taken from your inventory, also check in the Pearl shop if you can't buy again such item. Sometimes when I buy in talish shop the items don't get "purchased" and had to buy them again per say but only I spent one time my resources.
