fix this now i can't login ffs both my devices are doing this i can't get past the page all cookies are allowed on both phones says invalid Facebook account i suggest we get some comformation ASAP on this or im done and I will be charging back

I too have the same problem. i just pay for some items with cash and i can't play. FFs men!

Tried to walk my wife through how to set up an ALT character. Went to character screen, clicked go to lobby, and then it booted her from the game.

Whatever. Try to log back in and when we log in it says “Family Name is not registered”. I thought maybe I hit google or something. Went back to the main screen. Selective the log in that we KNOW is what we have been using...same result. Just in case something else happened I selected all the logins and the others say nothing about the game. So we for sure have the right log i

What do we do? I’m afraid of inputting anything and overwriting her file.

 

* I deleted the game and reinstalled. No good. Typed in family name and it said taken. So credentials are still there

* i have even gone so far as to clear the entire cache of the iPad. I checked to make sure the correct Facebook account is logged in when it checks credentials. Even checked to see if one was logged in on the browser version just in case.

* just in cache cleared the entire cache of the iPad. Uninstalled the game. Then Facebook. Cleared cache again. Installed Facebook again. Then the game again. It still says you’ve used this account before...with the soul crushing no name registered here

I had the same problem and this is how I did it.

long press on any word on that stupid text, and it will turn blue and get those options : copy, share, select all and so on.

now try to select all text by dragging that green round mark down the screen, and you will get to Accept All - it's quite hard to scroll down so keep trying untill it the text reveals.
