The app instantly crashes when I try to open it with an iPhone 11, other people encounter the same issue, when will it be fixed ?

Exact same issue as of the morning of July 10th 2020

This is what worked for me:

 

- Close Black Desert Mobile app

- Turn Internet / WiFi off on your device

- Open Black Desert Mobile

- Wait for the message can't connect to server

- After a few seconds turn on Internet/WiFi on your device

- Press "Retry" to connect to server

Same issue on iphone and ipad. deleted/reinstalled on both devises. restarted both devices. App will not open at all.

 

I want 200k shak coins, 500k silver, and full JIN gear as compensation for my inconvenience. just put in my mailbox when you get a chance after issue fixed please.
