The skill VOLTAIC BURST does NOT hit. AT ALL. Even when one is locked on to the other player, the skill will go off IN ANOTHER DIRECTION.

This is a BUG.

I suspect it is the same issue with one other skill but I haven't used it often enough to be sure of it
