I have purchased Family name change coupon using black pearls, more than 24h have passes and the name has not changed,
Also i have bought and "activated" a combat plus 14days for 4.99 USD a couple days ago, i waited for a bit and none of them have gone into effect, please fix this or at least give me back the black pearls and the 4.99 USD so i can try another time, i hope to get a direct response and helpful response
