My girlfriend is not able to log in into the game via facebook on iOS. There is 3 (three) option:
1st: The game can not find the family, create a new one if we try login on Apple 8+

2nd: The game can login via Facebook, but there are no characters on Apple 6.

3rd (and this is my favourite): We can login into the game via Facebook, there are characters, she can play with them on my Huawei p20 pro. 

4th: She can play with the game without problem on my Honor 9.

My main question is, what is the problem with iOS ?
