i just bought a Weapon Enhancement Chest (Black Desert Mobile) @ 41.98 SGD

it come with the following below

1) refined black crystal : weapon x25

2) black crystal : weapon x 50

 

not even PLUS 1 of my weapon and my item is only +30 i feel very disappointed my 41.98SGD just wasted like that i not sure isit my RNG is that BAD or it a BUG please look into this matter.

It's your own fault bro, people buy that chest to awaken (use it to make pristine black stone) their equipment, not gambling on +1 on equipment, know your item before spending your money

Better advice: Do not spend money...your Awakened euqipment, once you get them, aren't secure and no matter which grade you are...even PEN or HEX...you can still end up with +40...
Don't spend here until they remove the degrade penalty...we can't keep on pitting up with their shit...
