I bought 2 pachages from the shop but nothing came in my inventory... The payment was made what now?

same thing happened to me i bought ancient tabs II and a pearl pack neither came.

when i open pearl shop i get this error " there is already a payment record on file proceeding to product delivery."

 

no matter what ive tried i cant fix it so i sent in a support ticket.

 

very frustrating consindering this is a huge company and such a major issue hopefully they fix it
