Unable to login - "Failed to Access Patch Server" Error 4

As the title says, I have been unable to log in at all today. Tried this morning before work, nothing, tried this afternoon after work, got the message "Failed to Access the Patch Server" (Error4). I went to Google Play Store, and downloaded update. Still got Error4, I uninstalled the game & reinstalled, still getting Error4.

Same thing Happened to me. I first noticed it while I was playing from my computer so I thought maybe its because im not supposed to be playing from here. Fyi Im a new player so I dont know the rules if that is allowed or not. Anyways I then proceeded to try from my phone and the same error message came up.
