This morning (approximately at 05:00 GMT+7) I got three orange item from shakatu, one of it was Ultimate Kalas Shoes, I want to move it to my other character so I put it in my camp storage, but when I change my character, I can't find the item, I already crosscheck it to other character, and the item are gone.

I hope Pearl Abyss team could check it, there are other player experiencing the same issue.

I'm from Asia Dandelion Server, IGN Unova, the IGN of other player that are experiencing the same issue are CIFA.
