Fix the event certificate obtained on the black spirit race with that from bingo. Thx

I seriously thought I was the only one who was experiencing this. Nice to find kinship.

 

Here is my screenshot. As of this screenie only the 18 are recognized by Elle's shop. The 16 were won in the race. Before the end of the event, devs hopefully you have a fix for this.
