Hi,

I tried echanging my pets for a higher tier pet.

 

It failed for some of them.

And then I noticed my pet exchange rate is 0%

My guild members have the same issue.

So, it feels like a bug.

+++ i have this problem! I have few pets t1 lvl 20 and t2 lvl 10 and if i try to exchannge i have 0% chance.
What we can do?
